If your online tickets are sold out, can I still purchase tickets at the rink?
When can I come skate?
Your ticket is valid at any time during operating hours on your selected date. We do not have set ice skating sessions. Come and skate at your leisure!
Can I wear my backpack or bag while skating?
No bags/purses/backpacks of any size can be worn while skating.
Can I use my ticket on a different day?
Under special circumstance, we may allow you to transfer your online ticket to another day. Please contact the Venue Manager for more information.
What should I wear to go ice skating?
We only require socks, but we recommend long socks, long pants that cover your knees, gloves, and a hat. In case you forget, socks and gloves are available for purchase at the skating rink!
Are there any age restrictions?
There is no age restriction, our motto is “if you can walk, you can skate”. We require that anyone under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult. PLEASE NOTE: PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CARRY THEIR CHILDREN WHILE SKATING.
Can I wear my shoes on the ice?
No; ice skates are required while on the ice surface.
What are the rental skate sizes?
We have ice skates ranging from Toddler 9 to Adult 14. We offer double-runners for children under the age of 3. Structured shoes, like sneakers or boots, are required for clamp on double-runners.
Do you have hockey and figure skates available?
Yes, we offer both.
Can I bring my own ice skates?

We do not offer skate aids.
Can I have a stroller on the ice?
Can my child wear a helmet?
Of course, extra protection is always a welcome. We do not provide helmets, but please feel free to bring your own.
Does the disabled community have an opportunity to skate?
Absolutely! We are able to accommodate to those in wheelchairs, the blind, and amputees just to name a few. Please allow our staff to assist.
